Carrigdhoun Board Statement on Passing of Mr Eamon Kelly R.I.P.   22/08/2019

Carrigdhoun GAA Tribute to Mr Eamon Kelly.

A special meeting of the South-East Board was held in Ballymartle GAA Club on Wednesday 21st August 2019, with Chairman Mr. Pat Desmond presiding.

The Clubs in the Division were in attendance along with some former Officers of the Board.

The Chairman led the tributes to the late Eamon Kelly, who was Treasurer of the Board at the time of his passing. The Club representatives added their comments as well, also expressing their huge respect and admiration for this magnificent man of vision and achievement.

His loss and untimely passing has shocked the GAA family locally and nationally.

Heartfelt expressions of sympathy were extended to Eamon’s family, his wife Marian, sons John, Eamon and Denis, daughters Sinead and Claire, his brothers John, Brian, Tim, Seamus and Lawrence, his sisters Joan, Noreen, Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Bernadette, Eileen, Breda, Kathleen, Shiela, Patricia, Nuala and Laura, his grand-children  and his many other relatives and wide circle of friends.
