Following discussions between board & partipcipating clubs, the following has been agreed relating to U21 Hurling Championships.

Ross Oil U21 AHC:

- Ballinhassig & Valley Rovers seeded into Semi-Final stage.

- Two to qualify from the Group Phase with Ballymartle, Carrigaline, Courcey Rovers & Kinsale playing each other once.

- Seeded teams face the group qualifiers in the Semi-Final's.

Ross Oil U21 BHC:

- Ballygarvan & Tracton entered. They will take part in the B Final.
